Directions
In the woodland, just above the public footpath that runs through (the woodland opposite the children’s play area) – just past the ruined house (heading towards Brynford with the sea on your left) – look for the single barbed wire around a “not very” obvious spoil heap.

Access
Unknown. A “grill” exists on top which may or may not be secured. Logs have been placed on top of the grill.

Electron ladder (and sling) or SRT

15-20 foot drop to an adit – unknown length

Description
A short shaft leading to an adit (at 11 o’clock in the photo).

Presumably lead and presumably connects to the other, now vanished, shafts in the area.
